A 90 m² flat completely replanned to bring light into the living areas and remove the corridors.

The project
Full renovation of an apartment on Blasco de Garay street for a young musician. A new layout seeks natural light for the shared spaces and removes circulation areas.
The street balconies, surrounded by plants, and the bathrooms with natural motifs give this small home its character. The original cast-iron column is kept exposed.
